This weekend we went to New York and had brunch at Rosarito Fish Shack in New York. We did the Ceviche sampler the tuna tartare was delicious definitely fresh and the crispy quinoa added such a nice crunch, texturally great ! The shrimp with calamari was my least favorite, I'm not a huge fan of calamari in general unless it is fried,  and the sauce oddly enough tasted a little bit like spaghetti os at first. The beef tenderloin carpaccio was good but truffle oil is not my thing so that sort of ruined it for me.  The hamachi was Delish really tender and doesn't have a ton of flavor so the acid, soy, and cilantro really step the flavor up.  Nom nom nom try ceviche sometime when you get the chance. Tor was really happy with her white omelette it had kale which she wasn't expecting. Alexandra gave her eggs Benedict an 8/10  she's had the French toast there before and said it was better. David and Andy had the chilaquiles and camarones which was disappointing it was basically  lukewarn, wet, blandly sauced chips with eggs and shrimp on top. It needed more flavor and possibly more recently sauced chips. I had huevos rancheros with more well cooked eggs ( I'm not into the runny ones) also pretty bland it needed something with more flavor (pico or guac or cilantro sour cream ...something). We also had bloody marys which are really spicy and not my thing but I could tell they were well made. Overall I'd return and try for dinner but not brunch.
